3 HOUR RATTLE MAKING WORKSHOP $65

Musical instruments have been used throughout history as tools for healing. Vibration is key to releasing stuck energies, raising frequencies and finding joy. We will take locally grown gourds and turn them into a tool that can be used for grounding, balance and music. Please come along and join in this 3 hour class as we go through the sacred journey of making your very own rattle.

In this class you will learn

• To take care of your soul and create a state of balance.

• To reprogram your physical body and thus, reclaiming your power.

• Protection rituals to protect yourself from negative energy.

• Through creative expression you design your very own rattle.

Everything will be provided for you to make your rattle. To personalize your rattle, I encourage you to add your own crystals and stones, leather, feathers, beads, shells, heart rocks, birch bark and other things from nature.

Workshop is from 9-12 with BYO lunch to follow if you choose to partake.
